A 50/50 blend: natural-processed Ethiopian Guji coffee alongside a strawberry co-ferment from Colombia.
The Colombian half comes from El Vergel Estate, processed on behalf of producers across Tolima, Huila, and Caldas. Castillo, Caturra, and Colombia varietals, grown around 1,750 masl. Natural process with a strawberry co-ferment, from a new harvest.
The Ethiopian half is our natural-processed Guji, contributing the fruit-forward, chocolatey backbone the blend is built around.
Tasting notes: Strawberry and red fruits, with brown sugar sweetness, lemon, and citric acidity.
