Colombia Huila Finca Santa Barbara Geisha Anaerobic Washed

From Finca Santa Barbara, Algeciras, Huila, Colombia — producer Jhon Samboni, who has owned this 32-hectare specialty farm for five years and took up experimental fermentation after completing a processing course. Gesha varietal, grown at 1,900–2,050 masl, harvested January through May. Anaerobic fermentation followed by a washed process and patio drying.

Tasting notes: Cane sugar, pluots, peach — a light, delicate cup with medium acidity and body + high sweetness.
