Tera Lemongrass Blend

A 50/50 blend: natural-processed Ethiopian Guji coffee alongside a rare lemongrass co-ferment from Ethiopia.

The lemongrass half comes from Banko Chelchele, in the Gedeb district of Ethiopia's Gedeo Zone, processed by EDN — an independent processor working with roughly 1,400 smallholder farmers in the surrounding area. Fresh cherry is sealed with local lemongrass cuttings and left to ferment anaerobically for 10 full days, then dried slowly on raised beds over 15-20 days. The herbal lemongrass character comes through as a bright, aromatic accent rather than overpowering the cup.

The Ethiopian Guji half is our natural-processed lot, contributing the fruit-forward, chocolatey backbone the blend is built around.
