A 50/50 blend of two of our most distinctive lots: a natural-processed Ethiopian Guji alongside our lychee co-ferment from Sumatra.
The Ethiopian half comes from the Sewda Washing Station in Guji, working with around 500 smallholder farmers, and brings the fruit-forward, chocolatey backbone of the blend.
The Sumatran half comes from Central Sumatera Coffee (CSC) in Bener Meriah, Aceh, Indonesia. Cherries are depulped, inoculated, fermented anaerobically with dried lychee fruit, then infused with lychee essence and wet hulled.
Tasting notes: Lychee, black cherry, honey, and orange, with dark chocolate underneath.
