A 50/50 blend: natural-processed Ethiopian Guji coffee alongside a passion fruit co-ferment from Colombia.
The Colombian half comes from El Vergel Estate, processed on behalf of producers across Tolima, Huila, and Caldas. Castillo, Caturra, and Colombia varietals, grown around 1,750 masl. Honey process with a passion fruit co-ferment.
The Ethiopian half is our natural-processed Guji, contributing the fruit-forward, chocolatey backbone the blend is built around.
Tasting notes: Passion fruit and pomegranate, with citric fruit brightness and a brown sugar sweetness underneath.
